- Minimum specific deductible = $15,000.00 Specific advancement/immediate reimbursement included at no charge on all policies.
- Standard contract options = 12/12, 12/15, 12/18, 15/12, 18/12, 24/12
- Aggregating specific deductible options with dollar-for-dollar credit.
- No new laser feature available on select cases.
